Yoga for Congo Women

This month, in lieu of podcasts, I’d like to share something with you that is close to my heart.

MommYoga is sponsoring an event to help the women of the Congo. Yoga for Congo Women will take place on September 18th, 2010, in Golden, CO. If you are in the Denver area, please join us. But if you’re not, you can still help! Donate to the cause, or better yet, join us online!

There will be an online broadcast of the full event after it takes place. It will be hosted here at MommYoga, and you can do any time that is convenient to you! At only $10, why not join in? Get some friends to join you! (All proceeds will go towards sponsoring women in the Congo through Women for Women International. The final video gives examples of what WFW does in the countries they serve.)
