Hello, friend. I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Ann Richmond, wife of one amazing man and mother of five beautiful children. I’m also a yoga certified instructor and founder of MommYoga.
I specialize in yoga for women, and I created this site especially with women and mothers in mind. Though the yoga featured on this site is suitabable for both men and women, it is designed particularly for women. Women face a unique set of challenges and gifts, and the yoga found here is designed to alleviate and accentuate those unique things.

Each month, we will release a new set of podcasts. Each month will have a theme, and we will make one new podcast (approximately 10 minutes long) available each week. Each podcast is designed so that it may be done alone, which will work nicely for busy women, but once they are all available, the 4 parts may be combined into a whole for one longer, 40 minute practice.
I have a great love for women and mothers. They shape and change the world in their gentle, loving, and unique ways. Being one of you, in a very real life, I share in your joy and in your pain. Combined with my faith, yoga has blessed me in ways that are tremendous. I want to share that with you. Perhaps it can bless you, as it has blessed me.
