The Christmas season is one of joy and gladness, and should be one of the most peaceful times of the year.  However, it can be all too easy to get caught up in the rush, stress, and hurry of the season, especially if you are a mother trying to make everything wonderful for your family.  Our short December series this year will help you to find rest and peace again in this season of quiet and gladness.  Namaste, and Merry Christmas from MommYoga!

Part 1 of the series was designed to be done before you retire at night.  And as a quick note, I am expecting, so this series is obviously safe to do if you are pregnant.  However, anyone may practice it.
